Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

J. TURNER PLUMBING, INC. (trading as Jturnerplumb Studio Supply) ships to addresses within the United States. For enquiries about destinations outside the U.S., contact support@jturnerplumb.shop before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Flat-rate standard shipping: $6.50 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $55 (USD).
  • Estimated transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may require additional time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at support@jturnerplumb.shop and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. We will resend or refund parcels confirmed lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@jturnerplumb.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Undeliverable packages

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect or incomplete address) will be refunded less the original shipping cost once received, or re-shipped at the original shipping rate.

Taxes & duties

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Prices are shown exclusive of any such tax unless stated otherwise.
